Administrative Support

Company in Bethesda MD is looking for administrative support in the areas of purchasing and accounts payable.

This is a work from home position but they require a 30 days hands on training at their Bethesda office.

After completing your initial (30) days hands-on Training and Trial Period in our Bethesda location you will continue to work from home.

Work@Home schedule:
Monday — Wednesday flexible schedule (Minimum of two hrs. within business hours to contact our suppliers and confirm Purchase Orders as needed, total daily hours 5 Monday – Wednesday).

Thursday — onsite Bethesda office 2 hours hands-on review of work (10:30 — 12:30, flexible).

Compensation is $1300.00/monthly (ONLY 16/18 hrs per week, Monday-Thursday)

Experience:

  •   Minimum of 3 years of Purchasing and inventory management.
  •   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft-Excel.
  •   A/P in QuickBooks Pro or Enterprise *(important).
  •   College degree required.
