Jewelry Television® (“JTV”) is in search of experienced customer service representatives to take inbound customer calls from home. This is an excellent opportunity for supplemental income.
Primary Responsibilities Representatives will answer and respond to incoming customer calls with a high degree of courtesy and professionalism. CSA will assist customers in purchasing items, and suggest items to enhance the customer’s overall experience. Representatives, will educate customers about JTV products and services to include: methods of payment, shipping options, and other applicable policies.
- Willingness to provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent telephone skills
- Computer literacy (must be proficient in online navigation)
- Ability to work weekends
- Must have high speed internet service with: Comcast, Charter, or Knology
- Must have cell phone service with unlimited text messaging
- Must have a designated workspace away from high traffic areas in the home
- Must maintain an environment free from distractions while working
