MarketLink is looking to hire at home customer sales specialists.
- Sells services and products by telephone while accurately entering data into a computer system.
- Achieves client goals; includes utilizing effective sales presentations, expert product knowledge, and meeting availability and quality expectations.
- Maintains product knowledge to effectively and confidently respond to questions on outbound calls.
- Must follow all procedures outlined in Call Specification Guide and Do Not Call Policy in addition to client specific Quality Assurance Standards.
- Contribute to the success of the sales team by maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude.
- Adhere to company’s policies as outlined in employee policy manual for at home employees.
- Meets company standards for accurate and timely entry of data obtained through phone contacts.
- Creates a positive image for client in all contacts; including professionalism, excellent grammar, and attention to detail.
- Meets company’s expectations regarding availability, attendance and punctuality
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Experience working from home highly desired
- High school diploma or GED
- Sales aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- PC skills and technical competency with trouble shooting abilities.
- Independent decision making skills, self-directed.
- Separate area defined for a working environment free of noise and distractions
- Chair and desk or sturdy table to work from
- High energy level; self-confidence; positive attitude, eager to learn.
- Highly accurate; good with details.
- Ability to multi-task and “think on your feet”.
- Highly dependable, reliable.
