At Home Customer Service

Major Outsourcing Company currently has several openings for Customer Service Reps working from home. Answer inbound calls assisting customers with billing, order assistance, reservations, or technical support issues for major US/Fortune 500 companies.

This is a part-time job, 20 hours minimum a week. The schedules will include working days, evenings, and weekends. You also must be available for 4-6 week virtual training classes. The pay for this position varies between $8-$14 dollars per hour.

Their clients include mobile phone services, cruise companies, office supplies, vacation and resorts, automobile roadside assistance services, and pest control services; just to name a few. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, provides exceptional customer service, and collects the required information from the customer to resolve issues on every call.

Requirements:

  • Computer (PC)
  • High speed internet service
  • Computer USB Headset with Microphone or PC speakers and microphone
  • Landline telephone service.
