Sutherland Global Services is currently looking for virtual customer service reps.

Must be flexible to work shifts between the hours of 8 am to 12 am-7×24 Monday – Sunday.


  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word, research required information using available resources
  • Computer keyboarding skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 80% Composition
  • Good understanding of phone etiquette
  • Achieve call handling efficiencies as well as quality requirements
  • answer calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints


  • Follow negotiation guidelines to arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution for the customer
  • Process requests, verify and validate all information provided by the member prior to submission.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Accurately document all calls in the application.
  • Professionally respond to incoming calls.
  • Provide our customers with quality service by following the defined processes and procedures
