Bilingual Account Managers

Rosetta Stone is looking for a Bilingual French and English speakers who can work from home within the greater Washington DC area. There will be a two week training period in Harrisonburg VA with additional travel, roughly once per month, after training to Harrisonburg.

The Implementation Specialist team is also responsible for delivering on-line Training to clients who have purchased the service. They collaborate with INS Sales and Client Services to schedule the on-line sessions, deliver the professional development/training sessions and provide client feedback to the account teams.

The Implementation Specialist team is measured on successful and timely language program launches, registration and usage as well as administrator satisfaction. Through their activities, the IS team is a key driver of Renewals in the Small/Medium client segment.


  • Coordinate, schedule and project manage implementation of Rosetta Stone language programs for small/mid-size clients
  • Understand and collect best practices for successful language programs; advise clients on reaching language learning goals for their constituents
  • Develop new creative ways to engage and educate administrators to help achieve success for each account based on their organizational goals
  • Maintain and expand positive business relationships
  • Execute various tasks and innovative projects to assist with emerging markets teams
  • Understand all facets of the Rosetta Stone INS products – technical and operational, as well as internal Rosetta Stone systems and processes
  • Collaborate with INS Sales to ensure seamless transition from Sales to Implementation


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 1-3 years experience communicating within a customer facing role
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Fluent in English and one additional language- written, speaking, and reading
  • Experience inspiring others to action (sales, leadership, fundraising, public service, etc…)
  • Comfortable with technology, and quick to learn new technologies/solutions
  • Passion for language learning and experience learning new languages
  • Aptitude to treat every learner and team member with a positive, respectful attitude in every situation
