Bilingual (English/Spanish) Fraud Representative

GE Capital is looking for a remote fraud representative to assist Clients & Cardholders with resolving their fraud inquiries.

You should be able to handle a high volume of phone calls where they will review accounts for possible fraudulent activity.


  • Responding promptly to client and customer inquiries.
  • Disposition of credit applications and sales authorizations.
  • Effectively managing service levels.
  • Consistently providing superior quality of service.
  • Anticipating client/customer needs.
  • Identifying and using appropriate resources.
  • Initiating action to correct telephone, system or operating routine deficiencies.
  • Developing and proposing methods to improve service.

**This position will service customers and clients who speak English and Spanish and requires someone to be fluent in both languages in order to be considered for the role**
