Billing Specialist(Work From Home)

Racarie Software is a HR software company located in Cary, North Carolina,is in need of a Billing Specialist / Virtual Assistant. This is a part-time job for 5-10 hours per week. Work will need to be performed at your own workspace (e.g. home office) and you will need your own computer with basic business software (e.g. MS Office).
Local candidates only, since we need somebody who can pick up mail at their office in Cary, NC.

You will need to be available for 3 days each week during business hours. For example, a typical schedule could be: Monday 9am-10am, Wednesday 2pm-5pm, Friday, 9am-10am (5 total hours).

This job primarily consists of sending out invoices to our customers, running credit card charges, creating financial reports, responding to billing questions via email, and some general office tasks. Once a week you will need to pick up mail at their Cary office (near Regency Parkway) and deposit checks.

One of the most critical requirements is that you have strong software skills, especially using web software and MS Excel. Just about everything you do will be on a computer using our proprietary software and MS Excel. If you are at all uncomfortable using a computer this is not the job for you. They also need someone with excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with our customers, mostly through email.

Previous billing experience is desired but not required.
