Client Support Professionals

Lewis Virtual Services is seeking to hire client support professionals to interact with customers and provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services, While working from home.

Some responsibilities include:

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • provide pricing and delivery information
  • perform customer verifications
  • set up new customer accounts
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • manage administration


  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Must have a reliable computer. Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit), 2000, XP, or Mac OS
  • Must have either DSL or Cable internet connection.
  • Must be willing to set up a home office, including a separate analog phone landline for business only
