Community Customer Service Representative

Baby Center has an opening for a full time customer service representative. This can be a work from home position.

The Customer Service Representative supports the Customer Service Manager in handling customer questions and concerns for the BabyCenter site.

Duties includes:

Helping members with newsletter subscriptions, account changes and other account concerns. It also includes responding to feedback about our site, and coordinating with other departments to assist customers.

The candidate will have: strong interpersonal skills; strong written and communication skills; teamwork skills; careful attention to detail; knowledge of pregnancy and parenting subject matter; understanding of online technology and practices, basic understanding of business practices; leadership skills; knowledge of customer service principles and practices. BA/BS degree desirable, but not required.
