Content Manager For Mozilla Firefox

Mozilla is looking for an experienced Content Manager to keep expanding and improving their help content. You will work closely with Marketing, QA, Product, UX and other Support groups to learn and document what their new and existing products require.

Since the team is geographically distributed across the United States and Europe, they believe the successful candidate could work from any of these time zones.


  •  Write, publish and maintain high-quality documentation and online content, and ensure material is accessible to users.
  • Research user needs, use cases, and metrics to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions.
  • Manage the production, publishing, and localization hand-off of your documentation.
  • Participate in all aspects of documentation development, from product planning through product release.
  • Enable tech writing volunteers participate in the process of content creation


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience on a content creation or content management job.
  • Passion and experience in web projects.
  • Familiarity with HTML and Wiki markup language.

Extra points for:

  • Work experience with Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
  • Basic SQL
  • Experience working with geo-distributed teams.
