Starwood Hotel & Resorts’ Customer Contact Center in Fall River is one of 8 global Reservation Centers is currently looking for @home associates to make reservation sales for Starwood Hotels & Resorts,

These centers are located in the USA, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, China and Tokyo. We handle reservation sales, our loyalty program and provide exceptional customer service for all our brands which include: Sheraton, Westin, W, Luxury Collection, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Meridien, St Regis, Aloft and Element.

This is a full time (40 hours) per week position. They are currently hiring for a training class of 26 full time employees.

You must reside within 508 or 774 area code.

The classes requires 2 days of orientation held in the Starwood Fall River Customer Contact Center followed by 4 weeks of training done from home. (both orientation and training are paid).

Orientation is held in the Fall River office the following days and hours: Thursday December 6th and Friday December 7th 10am-630pm

Training days and hours: Train from home starting on Monday December 10th, 2012. The training days/hours are Monday -Friday 10am-630pm from home for 4 weeks.

Once finished with Training you will start your regular schedule. They are hiring for the following shifts (depending on staffing): 1230pm-9pm OR 130pm-10pm. Must be flexible with days off. Schedules are chosen on the first day of orientation. Schedule options depend on the staffing need. This does not mean all the above options would be available. Shifts are assigned based on our staffing need at the time.

Rate of Pay: $10.25 per hour plus the potential to earn monthly bonuses. Our top performers may be eligible for more than an additional $4.50 premium per hour plus eligibility for other incentives and giveaways.
