Customer Service Agent Spanish and Italian Speaking (work from home)

HotelTonight, the world’s first 100% mobile travel booking application, is expanding to Europe and they are looking for a customer support agent with fluency in Spanish and Italian.  The ideal candidate will  have  impeccable writing skills and a problem-solving mindset to work on our 24/7 help-desk.
Duties:

  • Provide superior customer support over the phone, email, and chat in Spanish, Italian and English.
  • Answer general questions about HotelTonight and assist customers with using HotelTonight.
  • Handle customer complaints and booking issues as they occur –  responsible for the resolution of billing/booking issues to ensure a flawless guest experience.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys and help review HotelTonight app content to ensure top-notch accuracy of data.
  • Deliver one-call resolution for most customer inquiries.
  • Help with editing/proofreading/translating to ensure quality across all languages
  • Various other tasks to ensure we deliver the best support possible!
