Customer Service Agents

HotelTonight is currently hiring work from home customer service agents. HotelTonight is the first 100% mobile travel booking application. They continues to rapidly grow in North America and Europe and they are looking for customer support agents; both native English and another with fluency in Spanish/French/German/Italian (at least one, but welcome all four!).

Duties:

  • Provide superior customer support over the phone, email, and chat
  • Answer general questions about HotelTonight and assist customers with using HotelTonight.
  • Handle customer complaints and booking issues as they occur – responsible for the resolution of billing/booking issues to ensure a flawless guest experience.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys and help review HotelTonight app content to ensure top-notch accuracy of data.
  • Deliver one-call resolution for most customer inquiries.
  • Help with editing/proofreading/translating to ensure quality across all languages

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, and if multilingual, fluency in Spanish/French/Italian/German and ability to apply cultural sensitivity when providing customer support
  • A track record in delivering exceptional customer service at a customer-oriented business, bonus for experience in hospitality industry
  • You ADORE working with the public and all types of people … and can do it with ease and grace! Your friendly and vivacious personality shine through your verbal and written communications.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts (including early morning and overnight) to service European customers at different time zones
  • Availability to provide additional hours on holidays and other occasions when business requires it
  • Availability of a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
