Work At Home Customer Service Associate

Capital one is looking to hire part time customer service associate. This exciting part-time servicing position allows agents to work from home while offering the opportunity to be part of a high quality service and sales environment. The main components of this position include, addressing account specific questions, promoting rewards and product features, and continuing to provide feedback on how to enhance the customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • Two years customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the financial and credit industry
  • Excellent grammar, verbal and vocal skills
  • Exceptional listening, questioning and call control techniques

You need to be onsite in Tampa, FL for Training full-time. Training will be 6-7 weeks (onsite and virtual) before beginning part time schedule. Training is Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
