Customer Service Reps

Adecco is currently seeking to hire customer service reps on a contract basis; This opening is  for their  ecommerce solutions in Eau Claire, WI.

These are seasonal opportunities with the possibility of being made full-time jobs. Customer Service Call Center Representatives will have the opportunity to work from home after 2-3 week of training at the call center in Eau Claire, WI.

Eligible candidates MUST travel to the call center .

To be qualified, you must be able to complete onsite training in Eau Claire, WI for 2-3 weeks of training.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phonephone to supply data, method transactions, and reply to inquiries concerning eBay client’s merchandise and services
  • Receive/Place a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Some of them require to resolve issues
  • Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
  • Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation

Qualifications:

• You must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Call Center or customer service experience is desired
• You must be comfortable sitting in one place for majority of your shift
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
• Computer Savvy – Skilled with using Email and Microsoft Word
• Must be self-motivated to perform well while you work from home
