You will be responsible for providing and selling technical support to inbound customers throughout the United States and Canada.
- Respond to customer’s inquiries concerning technical problems by receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed (you will need a SKYPE account to make outbound calls to US and Canada)
- Demonstrate customer service and sales techniques by offering relevant solutions and services selling services
- Maintain records of related activities and customer orders.
Qualifications: SALES EXPERIENCE –
- Customer service skills
- Computer and internet literacy
- Technology-related experience a plus.
Pay rang is $8.50 – $16.00 Hourly
