Ygomi LLC, builds and operates companies that deliver innovative software and services for essential business needs. They are currently looking for  individuals with a strong work ethic and solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You will provide customer service assistance to customers placing telephone payments on their account. We will give you the skills necessary to answer any questions that the customer may have.

This part-time position is performed in a work at home setting with remote training. We will provide all the training and equipment you need to succeed in this position!


  • Accurately enter payment information into an online application.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all SEI client callers.
  • Take ownership of calls.


  • Minimum 30 mbps download / 2 mbps upload Internet connection cable/broadband
  • Strong customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Ability to support customers with various knowledge levels.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision with strong motivation and commitment to ownership required.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Basic understanding of internet browser use.
  • Credit check required.
