Customer Service With Writing & Editing Experience

Rapidly growing e-commerce company seeks self-motivated individual with property management/landlording experience, keen eye for detail for writing/editing and the gift (and patience) for helping others.

The ideal Candidate is an energetic customer service veteran who knows the property management industry inside and out and is extremely comfortable with technology and the Internet.

Creative writing is a plus. Social Media experience a plus. Legal background a plus.


  • Direct customer service by email, chat and phone, writing articles about landlord- and property management-related news and issues, editing marketing copy, and any number of other tasks relevant to a small e-commerce business.
  • Some weekend and evening hours would be required! Typically these are 1PM — 9PM
