Customer/Technical Support Rep For Wireless Courier

Virtual Staffing Company seeking experienced call center and/or customer service representatives to handle inbound calls for a wireless courier.

Hours are flexible but must be able to work weekends.

Compensation: $8.00 to $12.00 Hourly with the opportunity to receive incentives based on performance and availability.


  • Handle customer questions, complaints and billing inquires with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
  • Handle business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts
  • Communicate with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates associated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Make financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusts customer accounts


  •  Excellent customer service and technical skills
  • Technical experience with cellular phones
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Advance problem solving competency
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and utilize multiple internal IT within a fast paced environment
