Help new DIRECTV customers troubleshoot and learn how to get the most out of their service.  Field calls pertaining to technical issues:  Programming remotes, troubleshooting systems, answering questions on how to connect a receiver, schedule service calls, etc.
  • Interface with customers via inbound calls or the internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services.
  • An agent’s primary function is to provide a positive customer experience by handling a constant inbound call volume in an effort to sell products and services and retain customer satisfaction within the DIRECTV guidelines.
  • Primary responsibilities might include (but are not limited to) fact finding/assessing customer needs and concerns, reccomending appropriate solutions based on discovered needs, provisioning products/services for shipment, and resolving general customer issues while seeking sales opportunities. In preparation for these duties, agents are trained to use soft-skills and clinet-based computer applications and resources.
