Fundraising Copywriter

A nonprofit music organization is seeking a contract copywriter to assist with developing fundraising materials on an ongoing basis, approximately 6-10 hrs per month.

This is a work from home gig  with flexible hours – some weeks may require significant amounts of time while other weeks little to no hours. If everything works out, this could turn into a long term relationship.

They are looking for somebody who has the demonstrated ability to craft a wide range of programmatic activities into cohesive narrative that will be used to solicit donations from individuals, foundations and corporations.

A familiarity with American musical forms (blues, jazz, etc) and experience writing for nonprofits is important, as is the flexibility to work iteratively and collaboratively with a team.
