Home-based Customer Service Rep

Frontier communications has several openings for home-based customer service rep.

  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers, both internal and external.
  • Must support and participate in promotion of company products.
  • Meet/Exceed sales and productivity goals.
  • Ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently.
  • Interact with others to attain Company service objectives.
  • Must project a professional image to customers at all times.
  • Ability to learn new skills and procedures
  • Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and follow directions.
  • Must perform other duties assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Must subscribe to Frontier Phone and High Speed service, if available.
  • Must be able to meet 1 meg requirements for Frontier High Speed Internet or comparable if not Frontier qualified.
  • Employees must meet all specified home office requirements.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently.
  • Typing and keyboard skills required
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Have well modulated voice and good enunciation.
  • Ability to do calculations.
  • Must be able to work shifts, days, nights, evenings (depending on tour selection) and work overtime and emergency call outs as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to come into the Brick and Mortar facility when required.
  • PC literacy in windows based applications.
