Home-based Customer Service Reps

This is a home-based Call Center customer service position open to Illinois residents.

The ideal candidate has good customer service and communication skills, a personal home computer (NO MACS), and a DSL or cable (NO WIRELESS) Internet connection, as well as a positive attitude and a desire to help people. Must be able to work a set schedule (of your choosing) of 25-29 hours per week on a consistent, week-to-week basis. Must be a resident of Illinois.


  • Illinois residency
  • High-speed, direct Internet connection
  • The ability to download and install software
  • Availability to create a set schedule of 25-29 hrs./wk. between the hours of 11am-8pm Monday through Saturday and 12-4pm on Sunday
  • The ability to multitask
  • The ability to work in a scripted environment
  • A basic understanding of online marketing
  • The ability to interview in person in Arlington Heights, IL (or remotely, via Skype)
  • The ability to delete cookies on your computer and take basic screen shots
  • Self-motivation and the drive to succeed

**A background check is required.** There is a 3-day, paid training session for this position. Headsets and VOIP software are provided at no charge once hired.
