Home-based Customer Service/Call Center

You create your work schedule! The hours you choose must be between 11am-8pm Monday-Wednesday and Saturday, Sunday 12pm-4pm.  But you must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 39 hours per week with a set schedule.


  • Excellent Customer Service skills with professional communication skills and outgoing personality
  • Above average computer and typing skills a must
  • Not compatible with MACS
  • Basic understanding of online marketing
  • Ability to work in a scripted environment
  • Ability to download & install software. If hired, you will need to download & install a program that allows you to use your computer to make calls. You will also be required to download and use Firefox as a web browser
  • Must have a high speed DSL or Cable Internet connection at home (not wireless)
  • Ability to delete cookies on your computer and take basic screenshots
  • Background Checks Required

Salary is $9 per hour with paid training. After completion of 600 hours you may be considered for a permanent position, eligible for a salary increase to $10 per hour and participation in the 401(k) plan.
