Home-based Insurance Customer Service Rep

Dell has opening for home-based Insurance Customer Service Rep.

They have a variety of work-at-home opportunities, travel assignments and some local positions.

Work-at-home assignments require high speed internet services (non-refundable) and they provide a PC or laptop for the duration of your project.

  • Must have recent experience in insurance/healthcare industry to support our clients.  Experience will need to be with an insurance, managed care or TPA Company
  • Knowledge of CPT, HCPC, ICD-9, ICD-10 codes
  • Knowledge of HMO, PPO Medicare and Medicaid plans, as well as experience with Medicare Part D


  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following claims paying systems; AMISYS, AMISYS Advance, AMISYS Advance Release 4 or 6, NASCO, latest version of Facets, EZ-Cap, Rims, Ocare, Xcelys, NextGen, QNXT, ITS, IKA, WGS, Call Care Browser, GBAS, Genelco, HEALTHsuite, and Diamond.
