Inbound Customer Retention Reps

The Customer Retention Representative works in an at home virtual call center environment with the goal of listening, troubleshooting, resolving problems, defuse situations calmly and courteously and persuades customers not to leave or downgrade their services.

Duties:
You will typically receive between 20 — 45 inbound calls per day, with an average talk time of around 12 — 16 minutes.

Requirements:

  • PC (1.6MHZ PROCESSOR, XP OR NEWER OPERATING SYSTEM AND 2GB MEMORY), SORRY NO MACS.
  • Good internet connection
  • USB Headset with noise cancelling
  • A minimum of two years consumer product customer service experience in a contact center environment where navigation of CRM and various databases was part of the customer service process; experience in inside sales or customer retention is required.
  • Extensive use of PC and desktop packages (preferably Microsoft Office)

Compensation: $10 per hour.
