Become a virtual interview process development for ISVS.

International Skill Verification Services (ISVS) is a groundbreaking new interview-based initiative to enable US and other English language universities to better assess their international applicants, with a specific initial focus on mainland Chinese candidates. Unlike traditional modes of candidate assessment, we are interview, rather than standardized test, driven, meaning we take a holistic focus on the applicant as an actual person, not just a test score.

Operating in Singapore, the US and China, they are positioning themselves to become the 21st century’s leading provider of higher education applicant assessment.

Time Commitment:  10-15 Hours Per Week

Job Description:

  • Work from home. P-T with potential for future full-time employment.
  • Support ISVS’s head of R&D and CEO by drafting questions to be used in the interview process, recruiting native Chinese test interview participants, and conducting test interviews through our proprietary streaming video system.
  • Conduct surveys of admission directors and graduate program heads.

Requirements:

  • Background in college admissions, market research, education leadership, international student services, or journalism.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a respected traditional US university.
  • TESOL experience and experience conducting research surveys a big plus.
  • Good laptop with camera and microphone plus excellent Internet connection.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent self-management abilities.
  • Readily coachable.

Compensation: $15-$18 per hour depending on experience.
