Third Shift At-Home Email/Chat Associate
Must be located in San Antonio, TX
Email/Chat Associate that will handle customer interactions at-home with the possibility of some required travel to the call center.
- Demonstrate a passion for exceeding customer expectations, accuracy, and efficiency when resolving customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, accurately, and independently with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot technology issues as they occur
- Maintain safe workspace in a quiet area with no distractions
- Must be located in San Antonio, TX
- Successfully completed Service Training
- Must be comfortable with troubleshooting technology issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate excellence and consistency in call, email, and chat quality (IQA)
- Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and with a high level of professional integrity.
- Must be willing to provide cable internet connection meeting the technical requirements for participation in the J.Crew At-Home program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be EIM trained.
- Must currently have or be willing to acquire homeowners/renters insurance that covers the business equipment. (Typically minimum general liability coverage of $100,000 with $2,500 specifically for business equipment). J. Crew may, at its sole discretion, agree to less on a case-by-case basis.
