Job Information

Supports design, development, reporting and analytics around cash incentive plans. Provides analytical support to one or more business areas through an aligned Compensation team member. Audits existing programs and makes recommendations for improvements. Completes special projects as assigned by Executive Director, General Compensation Consulting.

Duties:

  • Performs financial and statistical analysis involved with designing and developing employee compensation programs.
  • Consults with and manages vendors and provides project management support in line with the delivery of compensation services.
  • Supports Compensation team in the design, development and management of special compensation plans and programs in support of acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.
  • Conducts market data assessments and analysis in support of compensation program design and delivery.
  • Implements and manages ongoing program delivery for assigned compensation programs and services.
  • Consults with business partners on program delivery. Proactively identifies and resolves issues and opportunities.

Skills:
Professional designation desirable (CCP).
3-5+ years experience in compensation program design and implementation.
Project management experience for large programs a plus
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
