As a Customer Care Specialist – Work At Home – Las Vegas, you will be responsible for helping our customers book the vacation of their dreams. You will work with Southwest Vacations, United Vacations, and all Mark Travel Corporation brands including Funjet Vacations!
Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or two years or more of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and principles for providing excellent customer service
  • Sales acumen and understanding of sales techniques and systems including negotiation, persuasion, and closing the sale
  • Must be able to communicate with others (via phone or email) clearly and concisely
  • Capability to navigate within multiple computer programs including MS Office, the internet, and proprietary systems
