Are you passionate about delivering value to customers?  Are you a self-starter, and self-driven?  If so, then we are looking for you! LivePerson is currently seeking a customer focused and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Value Manager remote based in the Central U.S.

 

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years managing the SaaS software solutions within Enterprise client organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient understanding of web based technologies, architecture and languages.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team collaboration.
  • Consistent track record of success and progressive achievement in career to date.
  • Well spoken, articulate and capable with business and technical writing & presentations.
  • Experience in Lean and Agile methodologies a plus.

 

Other requirements:

  • Being available and willing to make trips to client sites for account reviews.

  • Participate in major launches as a cross-functional stakeholder on all accounts.

  • Actively connect with colleagues and our customers to foster meaningful connections.
