Job Information

an online global retailer of health and wellness products, is seeking several part-time writers / service associates to assist with customer support via Email & Chat as we expand our hours.   Hours are flexible but must be consistent.    You also must be able to a) train for a minimum of 40 hrs. at our Boca Raton office. and b) be able to participate in team meetings/events at the same office once a month if needed.   Your primary function will be to interact directly via email with our domestic (primarily) and international customers.  Your role will progress to helping customers on live chat as well. This is a cool company!

The requirements for the position include:

  • Excellent English written communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Live within 25 miles of Boca Raton, FL
  • Broadband internet connection required
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday including weekends shifts will be evening or day shifts.
  • Positive attitude! Reliable worker who can put the customer first!  You want to make our customers happy!  You don’t get frustrated easily!
  • Any experience in customer service and social media a plus but not required

Skills overview:

  • 95% of time spent troubleshooting problems and answering questions via written internet based inquiries’ via email. Chat will be added later.
  • Deliver consistent and excellent customer service utilizing learned soft skills and other professional behaviors’all your correspondence will be transparent we want to delight our customers!
  • Ability to consistently meet call center metrics and customer satisfaction goals
  • Must have basic computer skills and type at least 40 words per minute
  • Provide clear and concise documentation regarding customer problems and resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues promptly to resolve customer issues
  • Recommend solutions for our web knowledgebase to help customers and others in Support with troubleshooting via our web portal
  • Ability to identify customer needs and escalate to other departments when applicable
  • Ability to adhere to a predetermined work schedule developed with your lead
  • Strong analytical and thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and also work within a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products’comfortable on a computer and learning new systems
  • Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
