Our client, an international consulting firm is seeking an ENGLISH>MANDARIN coordinator for a long term assignment. This is a part time (20 hours per week) remote position. The professional must be fluent in Mandarin!


  • Handling all travel accommodations for patients, such as scheduling flights, hotel bookings and any and all transportation needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to email and phone inquiries.
  • Providing organized and thorough status updates and reports to the consulting firm.
  • Manage patient assistance process seamlessly, with little supervision.


  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • 2-5 years customer services experience
  • Ability to work in the Taiwan time zone
  • Ability to commit to 24 months
