We are a rapidly growing leader in the outsourcing industry seeking an experienced IT Support Coordinator to assist in the servicing of our growing client roster.

Candidate is expected to work primarily from home, with regular responsibilities in our Eldersburg office and occasional trips to our headquarters in New York City.

The compensation is fixed annual salary with the potential to earn a meaningful bonus, to be determined based upon experience and performance.
Responsibilities will include client relationship management, project management, knowledge base management and first line support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  •  3-5 years relevant experience in IT support
  • Proficient with Windows and Macintosh hardware and software, networking, data security and mobile devices
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and proven track record
  • A client oriented disposition
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications in support areas a plus
