Responsible to: Call Center Manager

Responsibilities : provide quality customer service to the consumers after hours

Provide general assistance

  • Complete projects as requested by the Manager
  • Initiate and organize projects while maintaining flexibility in answering all calls
  • Enter and dispatch work order request by Facilities
  • Answer and provide appropriate information and updates to facilities and vendors as need


  • Support and carry out the mission of the Organization
  • Follow agency policies, Document calls correctly into computer tracking system according to procedure
  • Participate in the organization; demonstrate team participation and a work place philosophy that enriches staff’s ability to reach goals and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Complete follow up according to procedure
  • At times, staff will be required to perform additional duties beyond those specified
  • Dispatch Emergency calls

2 Shifts

Hours : Non-exempt Saturday and Sunday only Shift 8:00am- 430pm & 430pm-12:30pm – Will include coverage of holidays

Hours: Non-exempt. (M-F) 40 hours week overnight shifts, (6pm – 2am). Will include coverage of holidays .

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a social services field or equivalent experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, prior experience with crisis situations, flexibility and computer literate. Offers of employment are contingent upon acceptable criminal background check.
