This job is primarily supporting role working with teams of healthcare consultants to deliver software solutions clients. The primary objective for this position will be to support the team as we determine clients’ needs, define the optimal solution set, and then deliver the solution on time, on budget and with exceptional quality.


  • Assist Project Manager, Project Director and/or Executive In Charge as needed in meeting goals and objectives in designated area(s) of project responsibility
  • Schedule, organize, document and/or conduct meetings and events with clients and team members in designated areas of project responsibility
  • Develop and maintain correspondence, agendas and/or presentations for meetings in designated areas of project responsibility
  • Communicate meeting and appointment details or changes in a timely and accurate manner to all individuals involved (may utilize an assistant, when possible, to assist in these communications)
  • Keep Project Management and team members informed, when relevant, of developments and/or issues in designated areas of project responsibility
  • Work and communicate effectively with team members, vendors and client representatives to meet defined project objectives
  • Achieve the level of quality in all tasks required to serve the customer and further the firm’s reputation
  • Attend to numerous details without being continuously overwhelmed or distracted
  • Execute the tactical plans as directed by project managers
  • Prioritize tasks even when facing conflicting demands and constrained resources
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Attend to administrative and time keeping duties required for billing


  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts and client employees at all levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from every socioeconomic background in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and composition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of business and industry processes
  • Experience working in projects in a collaborative team setting
