Online Technical Support Agent

Best Buy is looking for online Technical Support Agent to facilitate the complete solution for product repair, upgrades, installations and other services using site or phone connections to interact with clients along with remote desktop software.

Responsibilities:

  • Connects and communicates with clients using online or phone portal, and recommends appropriate solutions based on the client’s description of the situation and their own diagnosis.
  • Uses excellent verbal and written skills to appropriately greet clients, clarify repair needs, and looks for additional opportunities presented.
  • Recommends upgrades that are appropriate and applicable to the client’s needs or desire.
  • Must have a strong desire and ability to inform clients of offers and overcome objections.
  • Flexible in both schedule and work load.
  • Shows appreciation to the client for their business and encourages feedback and an ongoing relationship with Geek Squad in the future.
  • Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and client service throughout all client interactions.
