Outbound Customer Service Agent

OnePoint@Home has openings for work at home outbound customer service agents. ThevIndependent Contractors coordinate outbound outreach efforts via telephone and written communications. It’s very important that the agents have a professional and courteous phone manner as well as be proficient writers.


  • A Windows-based PC (Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or higher, Windows XP Service Pack 3 or higher, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8.).
  • Internet Explorer
  • USB Headset
  • High-speed Internet connection (such as DSL or cable), must support at least 64 kbps in both directions (upload and download) your Internet provider can give you this information (Wireless Internet and Satellite Internet will not work, unless it is Fiber Optic Internet).
  • Memory (RAM): Windows 2000 or Windows XP: 1 GB or greater Windows Vista OS and Windows7: 2GB or greater.
    Java Runtime Environment version 5.0 or 6.0.
