Part-time Customer Success Manager

Apparent is seeking to hire part-time customer success manager to service their clients from the comfort of your own home. Hours are 20 – 30 hours per week.


  • Provide online demonstrations to interested prospects
  • Provide online training sessions to new clients
  • Respond to support calls or emails from clients, be available to receive support calls
  • Test software modifications
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Social media marketing – leverage Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
  • General inbound marketing (identify keywords, author blog posts, etc.) We use a cool service – to help with inbound marketing. They offer lots of training courses.
  • Add to the FAQ section of the website
  • Upload seating plans for new clients
