Part-Time Remote Customer Service

Benchmark Email, an online permission-based email marketing company is looking for a remote part-time customer service professional.

Requirements:

  • Laptop, headset
  • Stable high-speed internet, quiet & non-distractive home office environment.

Duties:

  • Provide support via chats, emails and phone for Free Trial Clients
  • Make outgoing calls to current customers and potential leads
  • Answering inbound calls, chats and emails
  • Scheduling and performing follow-ups with clients (Phone and Email)
  • Help and guide clients to utilize best email marketing practices
  • Hours 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, SUN-THU !!!
