Personal Marketing Assistant (work from home)

An Inc. 500 self-publishing company is seeking Personal Marketing Assistants to assist authors with developing and implementing a book marketing plan.

Typical Duties:

  • Working with clients one-on-one to come up with and deliver a book marketing plan and implementing specific tactics from that plan.
  • Tracking time to report to the client and manager upon project completion.
  • Recommending other company solutions for author.
  • The Rep may follow-up with clients after the time is completed in an effort to book additional time with repeat clients.

Compensation: $25/hour.

Requirements:

  • Strong, proactive and timely, relationship-based sales and customer service skills via telephone and email
  • Creative and critical thinking skills required to address the unique nature of each client’s particular project circumstances
  • Strong marketing background with proven success delivering high return on small promotional budgets
  • Organizational and project management skills necessary to work with multiple clients simultaneously
  • Basic technical ability (i.e. operating a computer system, basic HTML skill, etc.)
  •  Proficient problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
  •  Availability to communicate with clients and potential clients during regular business hours (9am – 3pm Mountain Monday — Friday)
