Northern VA Hosting Company is seeking technical support folks to perform ticket based technical support for their clients.
This work involves working customer support tickets to resolve customer windows issues. It also involves contacting customers by phone or by company email to obtain additional details to resolve problems. This work will also involve basic triage of customer issues .
MUST HAVE WINDOWS MCSA CERT – No applications considered without it.
– Expert system admin level knowledge windows ( dns, networking, operating systems, web servers ) win2003, 2008
– Must have own computer and internet connection
– Must be able to perform onsite datacenter word on an as needed basis
– Min 2yrs experience in customer/technical support
– Backup/Restore strategies
– Knowledge of win2012 server is helpful
