Remote Customer Service

Company is looking for someone to handle online customer service and support. All support is managed through a ticketing system. This is non-technical support and mainly involves helping customers locate their online orders, payment assistance, answering product questions, etc…

This is a Work from home position, from anywhere in the world, but must be available between 9am – 5pm PST (no exceptions). Approximately 1-3 hours per day – split over 3-4 short sessions between 9am-5pm PST.

Must haves:

  •  English mother tongue (no exceptions).
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

PREFERRED (but not required):

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience at using online ticketing systems (such as Zendesk).
