Remote Customer Service for Weebly.com

Weebly.com is looking for a qualified individual to telecommute / work remotely as a member of the  Customer Success team.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide chat and email-based replies to customers who are trying to build their own website with our DIY site editor. Your writing style must be crisp, clear and professional. You will draw on your previous customer support and/or website building experience to assist Weebly customers build the website of their dreams.

This is a part-time position, expected to require 25-35 hours of time per week. The actual hours worked are flexible and depend on the volume of customer support requests we receive.

Compensation is $17 / hour.

NOTE: Although this is a work-from-home role, candidates must be willing to travel to San Francisco for intitial week of training and once ot twice a year ongoing.

Qualifications:

  • Website Industry Experience (HTML, CSS, Domains, Email, Ecommerce)
  • Strong keyboarding skills – at least 60wpm
  • Own a reasonably powerful computer with large monitors (dual monitors recommended for efficiency)
  • Reliable, high-speed internet access
