Remote Customer Service Reps

This is a part-time, contract, completely work from home only position, 3-4 days per week from mid April – Mid September. Exact schedule to be determined.

The Support Specialist is responsible for the total customer experience. Position will handle all incoming support/order inquiries via phone and e-mail from internal employees, external dealers, vendors and customers. Also responsible for all back end data entry; follow-up and administrative tasks associated with customer and order management.

Duties:

  • Consumer and retailer support line
  • Order Management / Shipping
  • Administrative Customer Support
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Data Base Documentation

Compensation: $16 per hour
