Virtual Admin/ Calling Assistant

Rapidly Growing Local Paper Shredding Company is looking for outbound call help. Pay is $10 per hour.


  • Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment
  • Must have a land line to use or be willing to have one installed
  • Must have a functional computer with internet connection
  • Must be comfortable with people on the phone
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Phone scripts and training are provided

Initially you will be making outbound phone calls from prepared lists to schedule meetings and appointments for the owner and shred truck. You will also be returning inbound calls for information and customer requests as well as scheduling events for customers.
We have a “The customer is ALWAYS right” philosophy here! You must be soft-spoken, polite, positive, friendly, and respectful at all times with all individuals.
The hours are Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 9am to 4pm. While it is part time, it could easily turn into a full time position if you do it well.
The hours are also somewhat flexible to assist with your schedule.
