Cynet Systems, located at Sunnyvale, CA, is looking for a remote office coordinator — but you must live near bay area.

This job is virtual but the hiring manager would want the person to be local and have come to office sometimes on Major Events etc.

Job Duties involve doing a Lot of Coordiation Work within Several Global Office Locations.

Besides being a Personal Assistance, the person will be responsible in doing lot of Data Gathering and Generating Reports. You must be Good in Excel and Powerpoint.


  • perform a variety of administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, give information to callers, and take dictation.
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
