Virtual Recruiter

APAC is looking to hire full time Virtual Recruiter. The Site Recruiter is responsible for executing full life cycle recruitment activities relating to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for high volume, entry level Call Center and other positions within a site or region.

  • Follow established processes for recruitment, interviewing, selection, and hiring of Call Center candidates for site location(s), including building a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of multiple recruiting sources with ongoing review and revision of new alternative sourcing venues. Design and implement high volume sourcing initiatives, including preparation of special events and functions.  Solicit support from Operations Team as needed.
  • Lead external marketing and community engagement.  Must have knowledge of local schools, community involvement, development organizations and partnerships such as Chamber of Commerce, etc.
  • Enforce standard interviewing and selection methodology. Screen, interview, and refer qualified applicants to appropriate department management for follow-up interview.
  • Coordinate and participate in Career Fairs and other community events as needed.
  • Regularly communicate with the site stakeholders on updates and recruiting status details.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance in all Corporate Recruitment programs and processes, including adhering to EEO and OFCCP guidelines.
  • Monitor weekly Applicant Tracking System status reports.
  • Document hire and sourcing data by source for assigned site(s) and share new, innovative sourcing successes, creativity and involvement, best practices and monthly recruiting performance.


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years proven experience recruiting in a service organization, including demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy for high volume non-exempt hiring; Experience recruiting for Virtual/Work at Home positions required.
  • Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Extremely well developed planning and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities; Sales and marketing skills desirable; Knowledge and experience in best practices related to candidate process management, behavioral interviewing, and other assessment techniques; Knowledge of Taleo or similar applicant tracking system preferred; Working knowledge of OFCCP guidelines preferred; Ability to adapt to changing business priorities; Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality; Strong attention to detail; Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Hands-on experience in recruiting high volume roles.
