Wifi security software company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.

This is a work from home job and the hours are about 32+ per week.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to product questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues for customers
  • Respond to email inquiries
  • Enter call information into system

Requirements

  • Type 50 WPM
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Knowledge of the internet on an intermediate level required
  • Previous data entry (any) software or live chat with customers is required
  • Previous customer support experience, enjoy working with the public.
  • Must have a home office set up with PC, telephone, printer and other office equipment to handle the responsibilities of the job
  • Must have Microsoft Office available
